NGames Reveal Key “Immortal King” Features

world-map NGames have released more details of the key gameplay features for their anticipated Greek mythology inspired MMORTS, “Immortal King”.

Hitting closed beta this September, the game allows you to command massive armies and fight alongside – and even against – infamous Greek gods.

Publisher NGames, known for operating the popular Game321 portal where you can play titles such as Pockie Ninja, Navy Force and Fairy Story Online with a single account, have released more details on the gameplay features for their latest SLG/RPG MMO webgame, Immortal King.

PES Demo Out Now!

pes-2012-01 Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH today releases the first of two free demos for the forthcoming PES 2012.

The demo is available free of charge for PlayStation3 via PlayStationNetwork and for PC from http://dl.pes2012demo.konamionline.com/pes2012demo/PES2012DEMO.zip.

The Xbox 360 demo will be released via Xbox LIVE Marketplace in September. This is due to unforeseen issues. (more…)

Torchlight II: 2 Huge Announcements!

Square Enix ‘Respects’ GameStop’s Decision to Remove OnLive Codes from Deus Ex

deus-ex-human-revolution-launch-trailer Square Enix has now responded to GameStop’s confirmation from earlier today that it’s been removing OnLive voucher codes from PC copies of Square Enix’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Square Enix said, in essence, that it has no beef with GameStop and the retailer can do whatever it wants to product it sells.

“As part of Deus Ex: Human Revolution’s boxed offering on PC, Square Enix included a third party coupon. GameStop was not made aware of this inclusion and Square Enix respects the right of GameStop to have final say over the contents of products it sells and to adjust them where they see fit in accordance with their policies,” a representative said. Halo Warthog is in Forza 4

forzahalo Halo fans interested in seeing what the Warthog will look like in Halo 4 will be able to get their eyes on it in Forza Motorsport 4’s Autovista mode.

The Autovista mode allows players to use the Kinect sensor to take a detailed look at the various car models in the game.

As well as taking a guided tour around vehicles, users can interact with them by opening doors and fiddling with other bells and whistles. (more…)

Indie Game ‘Closure’ Headed for PSN

playstation_network Closure is a critically acclaimed web game released back in 2000, and now it’s on its way to PlayStation Network on PS3.

The game sees players manipulating light to get through tricky puzzles. Objects that are illuminated are physically there, while everything shrouded in darkness ceases to exist.

So, for example, if a wall blocks your path simple remove the nearby light source and, under the cover of darkness, you can walk right through it. (more…)
