NGames Reveals “Tales of Laputa”
NGames, a leading online games publisher, has today revealed Tales of Laputa, a magical new web RPG for 2013 set in an anime world where magic and machinery coexist.
Combining RPG gameplay with classic anime elements, Tales of Laputa thrusts players into a brave new world where the threat of demonic invasions is an ever-present danger.
500 years ago, The City of Sky – Tales of Luputa’s main continent, centered on the titular isles of Laputa – was dominated by powerful demons, who ruled the land from the skies. Led by Demon King Sardin, the demons resided high above the humans, where they had access to clean air, sunshine and endless energy. As their power increased, the land they ruled spread skyward, surrounded by towering rocks. However, to maintain order over the humans, the demons had to unlock a “Fissure” connecting them to Another World, summoning monsters that brought death, adversity and destruction to the continent.
