Last week the first trailer for Max Payne 3 was released, Rockstar have since released a trailer that includes pop-ups giving more information on the new game.

DICE, an Electronic Arts Inc. studio today announced that the Battlefield 3 multiplayer beta will open to all gamers on September 29, 2011.
Players from around the world will have a chance to experience the game that industry critics have hailed as the ‘Best Online Multiplayer Game’ before it ships on October 28, 2011.

Playstation Access is in Bristol from Thursday 29th September till Saturday 1st October. Featuring some of the biggest games this year, giving fans the first chance to play these games!
PlayStation Access is this summer’s big UK gaming tour, where we’ll be giving people their first chance to get their hands on titles such as Uncharted 3, FIFA 12, Battlefield 3, Assassins Creed Revelations, GoldenEye 007 Reloaded, Batman: Arkham City, Resistance 3, Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, Starhawk, Tekken: Hybrid and Dark Souls.

Indie game developer Hothead Games is very excited to announce that gamers can now eat up their tastiest action RPG, The Baconing, on the Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation Network, Windows-based PC, and Mac.
This epic adventure of bacon goodness is available on Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360 for 1200 Microsoft Points, and on PlayStation Network, Steam, and the Mac App Store for €14.99/£10.49.

Kicking off the countdown to the game’s release on September 2nd, 2011, Ubisoft announced today that a single-player demo of Driver San Francisco.
The Demo will be available on Xbo360 and PS3 from today.
“The Driver franchise has always been defined by the excitement of high speed chases and the freedom to drive anywhere in huge cities,” said Geoffroy Sardin, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Ubisoft.

The next DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops was announced today, as Activision also reported that sales of the game has topped 25 million units, 3 million more than Modern Warfare 2.
Resurrection will feature five maps, all of which will be for the hugely popular Zombie mode. Four are remastered maps from Modern Warfare 2: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese. These maps were the beginning of the Zombie mode and are some of the best maps ever made for the game type.

Sony’s answer to the Wii-U was announced at the 2011 Developers Conference, where the Vita will be able to be used with the PS3 in multiple ways.
At the conference Phil Rodgers, Sony Europe’s R&D Manager, explained the different ways.
The first is a shared display between Vita and a PS3.

The new adventure game allows players to bring their toys to life across multiple platforms.
Activision have revealed today that Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure, will be an entertainment breakthrough for the video game and toy industries.
It will deliver the first-ever cross-platform gameplay experience across all three consoles, 3DS, a variety of mobile devices, PC and the web.
Using the game’s Portal of Power, players will bring their Skylanders interaction figures to life inside the game on any platform. During console and handheld gameplay, each Skylander remembers skill advancements and level-ups through the on-board memory, allowing players to take their leveled-up Skylanders to play on any of the other platforms.
